Please read this before purchasing an evaluation
Trading index derivatives is risky
Options and other derivatives on NIFTY 50, BANKNIFTY and SENSEX can move sharply within minutes, and crypto markets move just as sharply around the clock, including at night and on weekends. Losses can come quickly and most retail traders lose money in these instruments. PropFundDesk evaluations are simulated, but the fee you pay is real. Do not spend money on an evaluation that you cannot afford to lose.
1. What PropFundDesk is and is not
PropFundDesk provides technology and evaluation services only. We are not a stock broker, exchange, investment advisor or portfolio manager, and we are not a SEBI-registered intermediary. We are not a crypto exchange and we neither hold, custody nor transfer any digital asset. No order placed on the Platform is sent to NSE, BSE, any crypto exchange or any other venue. Everything you trade on PropFundDesk — Indian index derivatives and crypto alike — happens in a simulated environment built to assess trading discipline.
2. Risk of losing the evaluation fee
- The evaluation fee is a service charge for access to the simulated program and is not returned if you fail
- Breaching any plan rule, such as the daily loss or drawdown limit, ends the evaluation immediately
- Many traders do not pass on their first attempt; you may need to purchase more than one evaluation
- Refunds apply only in the limited cases set out in our Refund Policy
3. No guarantee of passing or payouts
Buying a plan does not guarantee that you will pass, receive a funded (simulated) account, or earn a payout. Payouts are performance rewards made under the program terms, subject to the rules of your plan, completion of KYC and our review of your trading. Past results of any trader on the Platform say nothing about how you will perform.
4. Simulation is not the live market
- Simulated fills do not face real liquidity, order queues or market impact
- Slippage, gaps, freak trades and circuit limits may behave differently from a live exchange
- Data feed delays, outages or platform maintenance can affect simulated orders
- Success in simulation does not mean you would achieve the same results with real money
5. Not investment advice
Nothing on the Platform, in our content, or in messages from our team is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative. Plan rules, educational articles and community discussions are for information only. Every trading decision you make on PropFundDesk is your own.
6. Eligibility, law and tax
You must be at least 18 years old to use PropFundDesk. Payouts are made in Indian Rupees to Indian bank accounts, so you must be a resident of India where our program terms require it and must complete KYC before your first payout. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and for reporting and paying any tax due on amounts you receive. Please consult a qualified professional if you are unsure.
